Lord protect her from attacks and renew her mind with Your Word continuously and to strenghten her just more and more! THANK YOU!

  • MARILYN - Monday 25th     Some time ago, I asked for prayer for 'Marilyn' who was an alcoholic mother with 2 children. She was very ill due to drinking and was told she would not have long to live if she carried on drinking as she was. It occurred to me that I never got back to this site to say that she is now working and is much healthier. Thank you for your prayers.

  • ANONYMOUS - Saturday 23rd     On the 2nd of March I sent in the following prayer request: I applied to some schools in Sweden for some masters programme and I needed a scholarship as well. This request has been answered. Brothers and Sisters could you please join me to sing praises to the Lord for what He has done. Glory be to the Lord in the highest. Our God is faithful and His love for His children is constant. He never fails. Amen. Thanks to you too brothers and sisters in Christ for supporting me in prayers. God richly bless you all. Amen. Keep up the good work.

  • ANONYMOUS - Saturday 23rd     Alleluia! Alleluia! I put in a prayer request for my brother in-law (Edward) who was jobless for 2 years. Thanks be to God! My brother in-law is now gainfully employed. Thanks brothers and sisters for your assistance in prayer. May our good Lord continue to strengthen you in all your endeavours. Keep up the good work!

  • ANONYMOUS - Saturday 23rd     Glory be to God! On the 13th of March 2007, I sent in a prayer request that two of my work colleagues where being summoned to answer some queries on the charges of being incompetent. Glory be to the name of our God, the case was solved amicably and they were later declared redundant and all their benefits were paid to them. They would have lost all their accumulated benefits if they were dismissed but our God never allowed that to happen. He never fails His children. Thanks for your support in prayer.

  • ANONYMOUS - Saturday 23rd     Thank you lord for answering so quickly! Thank you! It was just a few hours ago that I've asked you to help me, and you have! Thank you!

  • ANDREW - Monday 18th     Dear Sirs or Madams, There is a saying: "Long STANDING problem"?: try: KNEELING! My problem was the vicious circle of unemployment and relationships. The revelation I have been reminded of is that in Christ I have confidence and purpose! Halleluiah! Gratefully yours.

  • STEVE c/o RUTH - Friday 15th     Please pass this on, with thanks: A note from Steve that I transcribed over the telephone: "I'm incredibly humbled and incredibly thankful for my friends for all their prayers and support in this tiny lonely and isolated hospital. I've never felt so popular and loved! Looking forward to getting out of here, but also amazed at how quickly my body's recovered. and of course, if and when, I get back on the bike, rest assured I'll be going a lot slower and wearing a helmet! Looking forward very much to coming home and seeing you all. Lots of love from my small outback town hospital bed."
Steve's been checked over by the doctor - he's been told he's got a bruised kidney but he will be discharged later on today -WOOOOO HOOOO!!! He's having a cup of tea and some toast (yes he can finally eat!) and has just been given a lunch time menu to choose from!  He has to go back to the hospital in a week to get the stitches out of his leg. He's going back to the farm to rest. He has to keep his leg elevated but besides that, he's all good!  THANK YOU JESUS!

  • TONI - Wednesday 13th     God does work in his own way. I will continue to pray for my husband Michael and I to reconcile and remain in marriage. I have faith the Lord is intervening. Last night he showed me that my husband still loves me. I thank God with all my whole soul for the opportunity to tell Michael how much I truly love him.

  • ANONYMOUS - Saturday 9th     Thank you that your prayer week has had such an impact upon my life. Time spent in prayer and in seeking God and God's will has such an amazingly positive effect on my own life. May God's beautiful ways of being with us through troubles and through our openness to bring peoples hurts into prayer be something we reach out for. He blesses us also. Thank you God.

MAY 2007

  • URBAIN (France)     Following my prayer request from May 14th about three Afghan hostages (local helpers). All three have been released on May 27th and are back home. God is still opening the doors of hearts & prisons! To those who shared the burden: let's rejoice! "I urge, then, first of all that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone..."-1Tim2:1 "Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence..."-Heb4:16

  • RUTH c/o HEATHER (prayerpartner, Birmingham)     Praise God that Ruth's father and brother seem to be doing reasonably well and it may be that Ruth would only have to go to see them once a week instead of staying with them. I am very encouraged at the positive signs that they are talking about the future and going forward, but please continue to pray!

  • ANONYMOUS - Thursday 31st     All Glory be to God for answered prayer. There was no cancer found after having more tests done. What a loving, caring, compassionate and healing God we have. Thank you to everyone who prayed for me on this site, and to friends and family who also prayed. May God bless you all. Please join with me in praising the Lord for His faithfulness. To Him be all Power, Honour and Glory. Amen.

We thank you for Your hand of protection and Your blessing! In a time of much uncertainty, we could hold on to You our Rock and Provider! and You turned something that could have been very bad into a BLESSING! • G c/o JULIANA (prayerpartner, Norwich) - Tuesday 29th     G was waiting for results for cancer tests. • WARSAW VOLUNTEER MISSION - Friday 24th     -My Danish exams seemed to go really well... thanks for praying.
-Thank you for your prayers. I'd just like to tell you that I am very happy that the boy I asked prayer for, at least accepted a private teacher to help him overcome his problems in school. That is a big step forward. Also 2 of my (visually impaired) school-kids received very costly magnification-devices after much urging and praying.
-I want to say thank you for your prayers regarding my work. I am now getting the extra work I was hoping for, and I really appreciate it.
-I don't always get around to opening your emails or attachments during the day, but managed to do so this morning. A few hours later a teacher said that her class had collected money as part of an activity they had undertaken last month, and they had decided it should go to a child who needed help with school costs - she wondered did I know of anywhere it could be best used! (.... mysterious ways ...) I told her about your "Families in Crisis," particularly the family who could not afford school books. I will pass on the list of families to her and her class will decide to which one the money should go. It's not a huge amount - I think about 500PLN, but I am sure you can put it to good use... Keep praying!

  • ROB c/o HEATHER (prayerpartner, Birmingham)     Praise God for answered prayer! I heard today that the firm Rob is working for, which had gone into administration, has been sold as a going concern to another large company who seem interested in developing it! The workers have been told, at least for the foreseeable future, that their jobs are safe! However, the lease on the property expires next year and after that there are possibilities that the firm would relocate elsewhere, which would mean huge upheaval, so please pray that alternative property can be found in the same City which would ensure workers would not all have to uproot their families and move.

  • BB - Wednesday 23rd     I think it is very important to keep praying, I got this little verse in a book, it read, pray, using this formula: I place this day, my life, my loved ones, my work in the Lord's hand. There is no harm in the Lord's hands, only good. Whatever happens, whatever results, if I am in the Lord's hands it is the Lord's will, and it is good. God will see you through this. God bless. from I believe, believe, believe.

  • ANONYMOUS - Sunday 20th     I had prayer here for a time ago about the need to find a new job because my short term job was ending, and praise God He gave me a permanent job offer the day before the old job ended!

  • JULES (prayerpartner, USA) - Wednesday 16th     I deeply appreciate the kind thoughts and the prayers expressed. The Apostle Paul said: "the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Phillipians 4:7 I can tell you that Jesus peace truly is beyond understanding. A brother at church Sunday came up and gave me a hug then he stepped back with a funny look and said "brother, the peace of the Lord is all over you." I had the peace of the Lord before Brenda died but this is something far beyond that. I pray that it will never lift. You brothers and sisters are so special. I hope I get opportunity to "pop in" and visit some of you in this life, but if not, certainly in the next.  Love in the Lord Jesus.

  • ANONYMOUS - Wednesday 16th     For months I have had a scare of an abnormal high white cell count. The doctors said that it was possibly cancer and sent me to a specialist. I sent in a prayer request a few days before I saw the specialist. 2 days after my lab results and about 10 minutes before going home for the weekend the nurse called me and said that my lab results came back absolutely perfect and that I had nothing to worry about. Thank you so much for your prayers that God quickly answered.

  • ANONYMOUS -Wednesday 16th     My Leave to Remain in UK as a Work Permit holder was to expire in April 2007 and I submitted my application for extension a week to the expiry date and also made prayer requests to Brethren on this site. I prayed, fasted and trusted the King of Glory, the Almighty God for His Mercies. All my colleagues that we applied at the same time with same papers were rejected BUT I was approved. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!! My sincere appreciation to the prayer team and to all brethren who pray for requests on this forum. You shall not be weary, nor faint until the Lord returns. Maranatha!!!

  • HEATHER (prayerpartner, Birmingham) - Wednesday 16th     Thanks to all who have been praying for me today after I put up an SOS on the boards as I was feeling exhausted, low and in terrible pain. Today has been a much more positive day and my back has been a bit better as well, although still bad overall. I also had a very helpful and thorough hospital appointment with my rheumatologist, who has referred me for an ECG and a chest x-ray as I have been getting very breathless over the last couple of days. I have also got a date for my epidural injection for my lower back today, only a month away, where I though I was going to have to wait for 2 months, so I want to praise God for those things and giving me strength and a sense of his presence today! Please keep praying that I will stay close to God and trust Him with my physical problems, and above all, glorify Him, even in my weakness.

  • ANONYMOUS - Monday 14th    Thank you so much for praying the last several weeks about my husband's job situation. He interviewed for a job on Friday, 5/11 and got the job!!! Praise the Lord!! This job has some fantastic opportunity and it is close enough to home that a move will not be needed. God is so good and brings things at just the right time and sometimes when things seem to be going "bad" (not how we envisioned) God is leading us to something good that we couldn't have come up with in our wildest dreams!!! Thank you Jesus!!! Thank you Jesus for letting us go through a long valley, being with us in the valley and leading us toward the mountain top.

The way You strengthen us by messages and other testimonies of Your goodness and grace! Thank You Lord that You do not lead where You do not keep us and protect us! Lord we praise Your Holy Name! Thank YOU! I love You Lord!!!

  • ANONYMOUS - Monday 7th     Praise God our merciful & loving Healer. Had requested prayers for Kalifa was in coma since Saturday 28th April. Tuesday 1st May between 12am & 2am He began to recover consciousness. Wednesday he was taken from intensive care to out of danger ward. I thank God for your faithful prayers. God bless you all! Praise God our Healer, The God who answers prayers. Around about 11pm last night Samoan time, our Head of State's condition changed miraculously for the better. His condition took a turn for the worse yesterday evening, but God is faithful, about 12pm last night a miracle occurred, & his condition began to improve. I know God has healed him & his healing is progressing right now. Thank you.

He will be a powerful source for God to reach other people since all of this happened and also people fighting the addiction. THANK YOU GOD AND FOR YOUR PRAYERS!!!!

  • ANONYMOUS - Sunday 15th    PRAISE THE LORD! Over a year ago I asked prayer for my marriage which was undergoing attacks and trials. I asked that that the Lord would renew my relationship with my husband and make it better than it ever was. I am pleased to give thanks to the Lord for working it out in His time. I have let go of anger. My husband gave me a sweet anniversary card and told me that I was his best friend. We have been communicating and getting along better than we did when we were wed 15 years ago and the Lord has brought us closer to Him. God is good and the enemy has no power over GOD'S MIGHTY POWER.

  • ANONYMOUS - Saturday 14th    This is my response to the prayer request I submitted on January 28, 2007: Because of all the prayers in my behalf, I have begun experiencing some very positive changes in my life and in the life of my son. It was as if a miracle had fallen from the sky the day I was told my application had been accepted in another school district. This has now given me the new direction in my life that I and so many have prayed for. I still ask for prayer to help me with the transition of this new job that I began a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to the Most High God! I will be working with my daughter who is a teacher and with my son who is a student at our local high school. Unlike my old job that God so graciously delivered me from, My new co-workers are very positive and take their jobs educating our youth very seriously. The dishonesty and negativity that I dealt with before is now very minimal, if at all. Because of this job change, the attitude of my son is a little different too. His demeanour towards me is more positive. He has a long way to go so I still ask for prayer to help him get back on the right path. His future is at stake and I know God has great plans for his life, but he needs to realize and accept God's guidance. I ask for your continued prayer on his behalf. Thanks to all of the prayer partners. If it wasn't for you and your beliefs and faith in God, this change wouldn't have happened the way it did for me. GOD is GREAT and I can say to others asking for prayer, to never give up on HIM. He is always there for you and he DOES answer prayer. He knows what is best for all our lives. You've just got to trust in him and believe.

  • JOHN - Wednesday 11th    I had been asking for prayer about my relationship problems with a certain woman. Well, God is good and He restores and heals. We are in contact again (her initiative!) and it seems that we are pretty much back to the point where we were before 'difficulties' arose in our friendship. Praise God for His work and His blessings on us and thanks to everyone who prayed.

  • ANONYMOUS - Saturday 17th     I have been asking for prayer about a particular relationship with this woman who had been shutting me out and generally not been comfortable around me.  Something had happened that strained our friendship and at times it seemed like it was a lost cause. But God is good and he has given me the perseverance I need and helped me in being patient with her. Last night we were talking and everything was fine so it seems that we're on the road to recovery, thank God.  There's still a bit to go but I'm feeling really encouraged by this change in her attitude. Thankyou God, and thanks to all who prayed.

  • ANONYMOUS - Thursday 8th     Late last year I posted asking for prayers on my blog and on a message board I am part of (at that time I didn't know about this site and I now thank God that I do). The prayers were for a dear friend of mine who had been diagnosed with cancer and had surgery. Just under two weeks ago they saw their consultant again and were given the all-clear - the surgery got it all. Praise Be To God!

  • JULIANA (prayerpartner, Norwich) - Thursday 8th     I want to THANK GOD for being so KIND, LOVING and FAITHFUL to hear our prayers at the right time! The one young woman we prayed for to become pregnant, is now pregnant! They are as you can believe, overjoyed! the one daughter who is (still) looking for a job, has been paid enough money to buy a air ticket overseas as well as paying for the necessary visas where she would not have gotten payment for the internship she was working for at this magazine she is with temporary for 3 months!! She has put her trust completely in the Lord and that is the best part, for her to see that His plans are better than her little plans! THANK YOU DEAR and Wonderful LORD and HEAVENLY FATHER!

  • ANONYMOUS - Thursday 8th     God answered a prayer and helped 2 friends pass!

  • ANONYMOUS - Wednesday 7th     God is a supernatural God. My life turned into gold by the grace of father in the name of Jesus. It's unbelievable. Believe it. Thanks, God bless.

  • ANONYMOUS - Tuesday 6th     My thanks to all who kept me in their prayers. I asked for prayers for a condition that was affecting my throat. It has been very troublesome as I teach music and need to sing as well as speak. My mother had throat cancer when she was about my age and so I suppose it was natural that I would worry.  I saw the consultant yesterday. He was wonderful and very thorough. My throat problem would seem to be nothing more than a lack of lubrication and he has recommended a nasal spray. Lord, thank you for this good news. Thank you for the skill of the consultant and the care he took to get to the root of the problem. I perhaps did not even admit to myself how worried I had been but you Lord, will know. Thank you for being with me, Amen.

  • ANONYMOUS - Tuesday 6th     My uncle's tumors are shrinking.

  • ANONYMOUS - Monday 5th     Thanks for everyone who prayed for my friend and I to end the confusion and forgive etc. All is now well and we are stronger than ever. Thank  you for your support .

  • ANONYMOUS - Sunday 4th     The past two & a half years were the worse most painful worrying of my life, after a really hard working career I was falsely accused of things that were not fair or true by people whom I had been required to challenge & in some cases instigate disciplinary action against in the course of my work. Through this I lost my job and although successful in my claim for unfair dismissal I felt the damage of what was said would deter anyone employing me in the profession I loved & felt called to by the Lord. It was a long bumpy painful road, (still is) but I now know that even this this was for I needed to learn, acknowledge & repent of sin mistakes and shortcomings before the Lord, in order to grow & remember humbly who I was working for (Lord Jesus) not myself or my own gain and now he has blessed me with a new start with a new job within the profession I love again. Thank you Lord thank you so much. Praise you I love u even though I don't tell you or show you as much as you deserve. Please let me keep serving you father and please you. Amen.

FEBRUARY 2007

  • TC - Tuesday 27th     About ten days ago I asked for prayers for TC, a single parent, struggling to cope with financial problems, marriage break-up and low self-esteem. He has been buoyed up by some good experiences in recent days, thanks be to God, though will continue to need support for the weeks and months to come.

  • ANONYMOUS - Monday 26th     2 years ago, I wanted to go for an urgent operation but didn't have the means to pay for it. A miracle happened and I went for 2 surgeries 6 months apart and it was all paid by my insurance- something which was not expected.  Last month, we settled debts amounting to close to 18, 000. We have been praying for this debt to be settled for a long time since it was draining us financially.  Thank you GOD for answering our prayers. Please continue to help us in our prayers and thank you once again.

  • ANONYMOUS - Thursday 22nd     Thank you so much Lord, yesterday I didn't know where to turn I thought I was going to be left without a car, and today I have been promised the money, and someone else has the car for sale, Lord you are Lord of all. I love you dearly and say thanks be to God for answering my prayer, thank you, amen.

  • ANONYMOUS - Thursday 22nd     Thank you Lord for making my daughter as an excellent girl. Her work was appreciated by her higher authorities. All good things are happening for her by Your smile &  love. Thanks Lord. Last year she was rated for low grade. This year she is the first higher grade person. Then my son got good grade & excellent accommodation. We got good house near my husband's working place. Thanks Lord for Your favour upon us.  God bless pray-ers. Those who visited this site never goes out with empty hand.

  • EMMA - Tuesday 20th     WORDS FOR JULIANA AND JULES PRAYER PARTNERS FROM NORWICH AND USA, Back in November you prayed for me faithfully when my life was at an all time low. I was so hopeless that God could change things. Praise the LORD he has!!!! Thank you so much for your ministry may you not give up praying on behalf of others or be discouraged, that the work you do does not have results. I am so grateful for the humility that you showed me in answering my prayers and taking the time to be sensitive. I never felt belittled that I should not be feeling how I was. Thank you.  My name is Emma, and the request was to meet a man who was God's choosing, I have met a man who not only loves me but who I also love too. This is something that is very very very very unheard of me in my life, as usually I feel anxious about it, but I really feel the joy and happiness that I feel is an incredible answer to prayer. PLEASE IF GOD ANSWERS YOU THANK HIM AND THOSE WHO PRAY SO FAITHFULLY!!!!!! I am and always will be grateful. Please please pass on this message and keep up the good work. With much gratitude.

  • JEFF & MARY (prayerpartners, USA) - Tuesday 20th     Our friend Ronnie had brain surgery. There was little hope. He is now sitting up and moving his arms. Thanks for all your prayers for us as we minister to the sick and the lost in the states.

  • ANONYMOUS - Friday 16th     On Saturday 10 February, I lodged a prayer request on behalf of Joyce who was in hospital, seriously ill with pneumonia and pleurisy. Less than a week later she is now out of hospital, being looked after and regaining her appetite, and her son is making progress fighting his depression.  Praise the Lord, and all the kind prayer partners for this boost to her recovery.

  • HEATHER (prayerpartner, Birmingham) - Thursday 15th     Thanks to all who have been praying for me! I want to praise God and give him the glory for answered prayer. He gave me strength last week to get to Paris on tour with my orchestra and survive 3 really tough days of travel and concerts in Paris and Birmingham. But most of all, I want to praise Him that I have been granted Disabled Living Allowance (DLA), which will help a lot financially. Most people have their claims turned down on the 1st application, so I really feel it was God's intervention! Please pray that I will have wisdom to know how to use the money, as I do have a considerable overdraft to pay off, but want to use the money, or at least some of it, for other things. I want to glorify God in my finances, and feel I have failed Him over the years, so do need special wisdom now!!

  • ANONYMOUS - Wednesday 14th     Thank GOD! at last HE gave me (in HIS mercy) a job that I didn't expect will pay me the salary that I was getting before. That amidst all of the depressions and trials HE gave us HOPE and LIGHT and HE touch the HEARTS of those people  Who hired me and that they'll also maintain in GOD's spirit and that GOD will bless our working relationship from this day forward. And that this work of mine will be blissful and permanent in JESUS' NAME!!! AMEN.

JANUARY 2007

  • MATTHEW - Wednesday 31st     When my great nephew was 4 years old he was admitted to a children's hospital in Cape Town, South Africa, for a minor operation. While there he picked up an infection for which there appeared to be no cure. Over several years his condition deteriorated steadily; he became bedridden, and his mother was told that his life expectancy was short. For the past four years, my wife and I have prayed almost every day for his recovery. Today, my sister (his grandmother), told us that in recent months his health has improved dramatically. He is now free from infection, has been weaned off almost all of his heavy medication and is able to return to school. His growth has been stunted and his eyesight is poor, but it is expected that he will be able to lead a normal life. God is good. God is love. Praise Him for all his blessings. -- Matthew

  • PASTOR BOB (prayerpartner, senior pastor of First Assembly of God, Lake Wales, Florida) - Wednesday 31st     The church that I had the opportunity to pastor for 13 years started a 24 hour prayer meeting once per week. Now the church that I pastor in Lake Wales, Florida for only 2 years is now beginning to have a 24 hour prayer meeting held once per week. This was after an entire week of prayer (24 hours) at the beginning of 2007. The people that were involved in this requested a special time of prayer each week. PTL. I also established a special room as a prayer room. Our services are now really taking off. Prayer is the key to powerful services where God is allowed to be God. Keep praying!!!

  • ANONYMOUS - Wednesday 24th     Let me give Thanks to God and those that prayed for me. About four days ago I submitted a prayer request for God to heal a broken relationship with the young lady I love, A.P.J. .We saw each other this past Saturday and she said how she had been just as miserable as I was and her thoughts were about me and us. We had a good weekend and we are still in a struggle I believe God answered my prayer. I just ask He keep working in this situation and continue to open her heart and mind. Thank YOU.

  • ANONYMOUS - Sunday 21st     Two weeks ago my daughter fainted and fell on me and my bike overturned onto me. I hit my head against another cycle . My daughter recovered quickly. Though I had no external bruises, I had severe vomiting for 4 to 5 days, spasms, diarrhoea & severe headache and dizziness. As my husband works in another city, I have to look after all our home needs. After this fall, I have not been able to walk steadily without feeling dizzy. Purchasing vegetables, fruits, provisions became an ordeal , especially since the nearest vegetable shop is nearly two kms away. And as I already have a history of rheumatoid arthritis and cervical spondylosis, I was wondering how to manage without a vehicle and we have no friends to help us also. Even before I asked, a miracle was performed. A small, neat, reasonably priced vegetable and fruits store was opened 5 days ago very near to my home. It is on the way to the bus terminus and my daughter's school. Thanks to the Lord's intervention, I can now purchase whatever I need, on a daily basis, and, I need not carry very heavy packets for long distances. Also I need not feel sad that there is no one to help me. Those who are with Jesus need no one else but HIM. Praise the Lord for his ever-loving mercy.

  • NOSREME - Sunday 7th     Thank you my God that you answer all my prayers.

Many thanks and praise Jesus for his compassion.
