ANONYMOUS Please pray for me I have made an enormous fool of my self and fear that I have let God down calling myself a Christian and the more I try to make it right, the worse it gets. Sunday 28th

WIFE c/o ANONYMOUS My wife has been ill for sometime and just before Christmas we found out what was wrong and she had an operation on the spine to remove a disc from her neck that was causing the problem. The operation was a great success and a wonderful answer to prayer. However we are both now at the end of our ropes. We need Julie's wage (she is self employed and works from home in marketing and research) and mine to pay all the bills. We have done everything we possible can to reduce our outgoings as she has not had any work for about 4 months. This month we will not be able to pay our all or bills and the slippery slope starts.
JUSTIN c/o PATSY Please intercede with me on behalf of Justin. Pray that he will get the help he needs and the Lord will hand pick the people He needs to help him, He is going for sentencing and should be in drug and alcohol rehab as we;; as counselling for a very abusive upbringing. He needs to be away from the circle of people he hangs around with until he is well enough to make good choices. His mom is writing the judge a letter and pray that he will be in favor of rehabilitation instead of jail. Thank you
ANONYMOUS Please pray for my distress and bad dreams and disturbed sleep, I am damaged by abuse from church people and the police and press and church actions as a result, please pray that justice will be done, that people in the church will be called to account, for the sake of it not happening again, and that complaints against wrongdoers will not fail, but that God, who I trusted, will deal with these things so that I can recover and it wont happen again.

MIKE I am asking someone to pray for me to have GOD to miraculously deliver me from all of my tribulations. I have been unemployed for quite a while, and found a job recently selling ADT alarms to homeowners. I was on the job for approximately 1 week when my car would no longer start. It is in the shop and I don't even have the finances to pay for it. I was working my way out of debt because I have serious trouble with the IRS owing them money and now is NOT the time for me to worry about Satan's attacks. I am currently sleeping on the sidewalk while my car is in the shop because I was actually "living" in my car for the past 5 months. ANONYMOUS I've never seen this site before but please can somebody pray for me? In the last six weeks I have been in a car accident, and had to move out because I have split up with my partner of 9 years. Now today I have found out I have to have treatment in hospital as I could have cervical cancer. I have no idea how I'm holding it together and am not sure that I am. Last year, I had such faith and things were going well, but I feel like I'm breaking, and my head is so confused I can't listen out for God anymore, because I can't shut down the thoughts and haven't managed a moment's peace. I'm terrified of hospital treatment and of the anaesthetic, and I don't feel I can cope. I just want to feel my faith again and not feel so desperate and alone. Thank you.

ANONYMOUS I am a final year Bachelor of Commerce student of University of Cape Coast in Ghana. I am going through a serious academic challenges. I study very hard but my results are not encouraging especially that of last semester. So far I've got two (2) referrals I have written one (1) and I have passed it I am left with one (1) that is marketing management to write this semester. I am in my final semester and I will be completing school in May 2010. As a matter of fact, I need at least a GPA of 3.4 this my final semester to make a Second Class Lower division. I will be starting my end of semester in April and I want you to pray for me so that God will help me go through this last semester successfully so that I can at least graduate with a second class or better. ROBERT I have lived with clinical depression since my early teens, and have coped well over the past 30 years. However, depression still is a part of my life and in times of stress, discouragement, fear, and doubt are difficult to keep at bay. I have been unemployed since December and I need to find some work now. Financially things are difficult, and the long this goes on the more stress I have in my life. The stress brings on the depression, and makes the task of finding work even harder. I am often at a point where I want to give up. This is an urgent matter and I need every bit of strength and will power to get through these times. WORD FOR YOU ANONYMOUS Hello and God bless. I have a deep and persistent problem with fear and feel I need deliverance. Some are more rational than others. Firstly please could you pray that I feel comfortable driving along certain roads, particularly 'a' roads. Ever since reading about people dying on the roads through no fault of their own, and having children (about 8 years now) I am nervous on certain roads especially fearing when I see an overtaking car coming towards us on our side of the road. I always pray that my family and loved ones are protected from serious car accidents but I would like the faith to know these prayers are answered so that I enjoy all car journeys. There was a time when I wouldn't even notice other cars overtaking and although my nervousness sometimes makes me more vigilant (my husband does 99 percent of the driving on these roads so I look out on his behalf) I would like to go back to no longer being nervous. Secondly, I will be going on an aeroplane with all my family soon. Although I know it is statistically safe, I just pray for safety and that we enjoy the journey there and back as it is the first time we will all be on a plane as a family. Finally I have another fear which is not travel related and only developed about a year ago. It is a fear that people will think something very bad of me. In particular, I feel I am being attacked by the devil where I worry people may think the worst possible thing about me, and this one particular thing is a crazy thought but because I would hate people to think this about me (and it is no way true) I fear it. HEATHER (Birmingham) Please pray for me if you read this on Saturday 13th! I am doing a Prom Praise with All Souls Orchestra in Norwich on Saturday 13th, and am having terrible problems with my neck, shoulders, upper back and right wrist. The right wrist/fingers are feeling very strange and meaning I can't pick my bow up with confidence and just play my violin-the wrist/thumb/1st fingers are hurting a lot, and although I have had treatment this week, until I start to play my violin I have no idea whether or not I will actually be able to take part in the Prom Praise. Please pray for special intervention from God to ease the pain and stop the 'cramping' feeling and weakness so I can play in what is a wonderful experience praising God with other Christian musicians and reaching out to those who don't yet know the Lord: it can be very moving and is always uplifting and encouraging to see so many people in the 'audience' as well worshipping God. Pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to anoint all involved, especially the conductor Noel Tredinnick and speaker Hugh Palmer, and that the Holy Spirit will touch the lives of all who come to the Prom Praise, as it can be very powerful! Please also pray for protection for all of us from the devil's attacks (I didn't even get to the rehearsal on Thursday night due to problems on the motorway!!) and for good health for all involved, so that God will truly be uplifted and glorified. Please pray too for the visits to Norwich churches on Sunday morning, that those churches will be built up and many people's lives will be touched!

ANONYMOUS I would be very grateful for prayers for my friend and I, and the direction of our relationship. I am a Christian and he isn’t, however he is interested, reads his Bible, and would be willing to come along to church with me sometime. He said he would be open to letting faith happen to him if it did, but he couldn’t promise anything. We are incredibly close and compatible in most other respects, however, there is a large age gap between us, him being significantly older (17yrs), which has been causing me concern and confusion. Because our friendship had become romantic, I’ve had to ask that we can take some time apart so I can try to figure out if I am doing God’s will. I have made mistakes with relationships in the past, especially dating non Christians, and struggling with the issue of sex before marriage, and I feel I can only trust God to chose the right person for me. ANONYMOUS I want to pray for a unborn 11 week old foetus in which the birthmother does not want this baby and is requesting an abortion. I have offered to adopt the baby that she is carrying and that we have adopted 3 times prior. ANONYMOUS Please pray for the complaint I must make against a big broadcasting organisation who have traumatised me by their biased interference, incorrect broadcasting of a story and their action against me. I am one frail and destroyed disabled person, this organisation have behaved wickedly towards me and a year has gone by when I have been deeply deeply traumatised both by their intervention and the issue they broadcast. TIM Hi. I a really struggling with making bad choices/ unable to be decisive, and its really making my life a misery. I have had to make a choice with jobs between a job that is stressful( too stressful for me) that pays enough to support my family, and another job that is easier on my fragile state of mind but doesn't pay the basic bills. I lost my father recently, and my mother has Alzheimer's, plus losing a job I've had for five years. these have taken there toll on me, and now I've blown the possibility of doing the easier job, by making bad decisions. I hate all these struggles so much, they make me unwell. I know that God is good, and I love that we have the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. but I just need to be so much better at `playing my cards right`. Oh God, have pity on me, and help me, so that my soul can live, and I can provide for my children without getting damage to myself. Amen. ANONYMOUS This is to be the last prayer request I make. I've been praying for over a year for God to release me from the curse of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and its gotten to the point now where just living my life is an everyday struggle. All I want is to love the Lord and give my life for his service, yet this disease is destroying any chance I have. I've lost my faith in God and my belief in his Word because of this illness. I'm at the point where all I can think about is suicide, so I've decided to give this one last chance, and to ask God to remove my OCD one last time before I kill myself at the end of the week. I pray that he does, but I cannot live like this anymore.
