For the person who is wanting their life to end...
You are not the only person who has felt like this. Elijah ran away when he was
being searched for to be killed and he sat down under a tree and asked for God
to take his life. But God looked after him and reminded him that he was not on
his own (he thought there was no-one else left who still worshipped God and
everyone was against him...). He then sent an angel to give him food and water
because Elijah was exhausted and God knew what he needed.
You may feel like you are all on your own but you are not, and God really loves
you and wants to take care of you. The Bible says 'Even though my mother and
father forsake me, the Lord will not never leave me.' (Psalm 27v10) It also
talks about our names being 'engraved on the palms of his hands'. He
loves you with a love that can never be measured, and even if you had been the
only person in the world who needed saving, Jesus would still have died to set
you free from your sin. We are all sinners: no sin is greater than any other-the
smallest one separates us from God, so no matter how awful or seemingly
insignificant your perceived sins are, the only way forward for any of us is to
come to the cross and accept God's forgiveness, freely offered through Jesus.
Once you have acknowledged your sin (which you have publicly done on this site),
you then need to accept God's forgiveness, and that is obviously something you
can't do at the moment. I will be praying for you that you will begin to realise
that life is worth living just because Jesus loves you and died for you, and He
has forgiven you freely, as he has forgiven me freely. You and I are exactly the
same at the foot of the cross: murderer or adulterer, thief or liar, angry
person etc: once we have accepted God's forgiveness, that stands for all
eternity! Nothing can take that away from you or I, although the devil will do
his best to persuade you that you are damned for all eternity. Do not listen to
his lies. The power that raised Jesus from the dead is within you if you belong
to Christ, and He has promised 'I will never leave you nor forsake you...I
will be with you always, to the end of the age...'
Do not be ashamed of who you are: there is room in the Father heart of God for
anyone who truly asks for forgiveness, and He is grieving that you are hurting
so much. All He wants is for you to come to Him. Read Psalm 23 through and
imagine Jesus leading you to a place of still waters, and then read Psalm 91 all
about His protection. He is NOT going to let you go, unlike human friends who
give up on us. All you need to do is just admit you are helpless and ask for His
help: He will do the rest! I have had several friends who have got to this
point, and God is more than able to bring you through, whatever the situation!

God is never in a bad mood and we are all sinful
and selfish people by nature but God has provided a solution. Jesus came and
died for our sins and if we will accept that, He is prepared to exchange His
Nature for our sinful nature. Philippians 2:13 says that 'it is God who works
in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.' I suggest you not
give up but read the gospel of John and the epistles to find out more about this
great salvation. God bless you.
